Steven was born and raised in Lafayette and has been involved in theatre since he was six years old. His previous theatrical work has taken him from the stage of Le Theatre Cadien to Abbey Players, Lafayette Community Theatre, Cite Des Arts and a few others in between. Steven also studied theatre at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A long time member of Abbey Players, Steven spent time both on stage and behind the scenes, also serving on the Board of Directors and proudly being elected President in 2005. In 2009, Steven founded Acadiana Repertory Theatre as an answer to his biggest dream - developing a place for actors,directors,designers, and playwrights to work together to create theatre that challenges, inspires, and entertains. Steven is also honored to serve as the Louisiana State Representative for the American Association of Community Theatres.
